PAYMENTS

We accept all card payments via Paypal, Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover. 

DELIVERY

We are pleased to offer free delivery on all orders over $100 within North America, so the price you see is the price you pay, no matter where in North America you live. 

We have put a lot of focus on making sure the items get delivered to our customers as quickly as possible. You will receive your order in 2-7 business days from the date that it is placed.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Each product is made to order, as such require about 2 day processing time. Also, as each item is being shipped from Alberta, the average arrival time is 2-6 business days. An order can, however, due to high demand can take anywhere between 7 business days, but is mainly dependent on your location.

Please allow an extra 5 days during the busy Christmas period. We appreciate your patience. 

Customs and Import Taxes 
Any Customs and Import charges are applied once the order reaches its destination country, and you must pay these charges.

SALAM & CO. has no control over these charges and cannot be held responsible for charges applied.  Contact your local Customs Office before placing your order if you are unsure of costs involved.  Customs and Import taxes will not be refunded to you upon a return or exchange on an item.  

RETURNS

We want you to love your purchase! If you need to make a return, we offer exchanges or refunds to your original payment method (final sale items, perfumes, undercaps and hijabs excluded).

  • Return Request: You have 5 days from receiving your order to request a return.
  • Condition: Items must be unused, unworn, undamaged, free of stains and odors, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Please remember that alterations will void the return policy. 
  • Return Shipping: You’ll need to ship your return within 14 days of receiving the label. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Late returns qualify for store credit only.
  • Return Processing: Once your item arrives and passes inspection, we’ll process your return in 4-5 business days.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we’ll issue the refund to your original payment method. Please note, it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Exchanges

For a faster exchange, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item. If you're not in a hurry, you can request an exchange, and we’ll send the new item once your return is processed. 

HOW DO YOU PRODUCE QUALITY MERCHINDICE FOR SUCH REASONABLE PRICES?

We work directly with designers and manufacturers to bring their quality pieces directly to your doorstep.

We don't rebrand their products to create a price premium, instead we pass these savings onto our customers to ensure our products are always competitively priced, and available to many. 

WHAT IF MY ITEM IS NOT IN THE CONDITION AS DESCRIBED?

If your item has been damaged in transit then we kindly ask you to contact us and we will resolve the issue for you. 

HOW DO YOU SELECT YOUR PRODUCTS?

We have an in-house product selection team who work round the clock to maintain our diverse, yet defined range of products that we feel are at the fore-front of global trends.  

SECURITY

We process all card payments through a third party payment system called Stripe and therefore do not see or hold any of your payment information.

The only information we receive is your name, delivery address and email.
